“Can you really be heard if you don't listen? Can you really be strong if you're not lifting others? She's taking a stand by taking a hand and just holding on.”

These lyrics, from The Truman Brothers’ “Quiet Revolution,” represent a small taste of the insight that this unique duo has to offer their listeners. Nashville natives, Ben and Chad Truman share their unique perspectives through unpretentious songwriting that delves into the meaningful topics of faith, life, and the human experience. The duo adds a distinctive and decadent vocal performance to their genre.
Son of recording artist Dan Truman, a member of the Grammy-winning group, Diamond Rio, the brothers spent their formative years in green rooms, on tour buses, in worship services, and on choir pews. While attending Brigham Young University, Ben and Chad officially formed the group in Provo, UT in 2005. They were one of the first-ever acts to perform at Velour Live Music Gallery.
The Truman Brothers have toured extensively throughout the United States, performing at festivals and venues across the country. They have shared the stage with other well-known acts like Imagine Dragons & Kelly Clarkson.
In 2019, the Truman Brothers were signed to Shadow Mountain Records in Salt Lake City, UT, and subsequently released their EP, Quiet Revolution, in 2021. Their energetic, pop-driven anthems landed in the Top 10 on the iTunes Christian chart, much to the excitement of their growing fanbase. The following year, they were honored to win the Praiseworthy Award for Best Original Religious Song for their single “Before the Calm.”  It was truly humbling for them to receive this recognition.
Most recently, the Truman Brothers released their follow-up EP, Face the Fire, on August 31, 2022, which features the lead single, “Oh Child.” Their music is characterized by rich vocal harmonies, catchy hooks, and thoughtful lyrics that speak to individuals of any age. They are committed to creating music that speaks to the universal experiences of love, loss, and longing. Their music is a reflection of their own journey as brothers, as musicians, and as human beings, and they hope that it can provide a source of comfort and inspiration to their fans. With their talent, passion, and dedication, the Truman Brothers are poised to become one of the most exciting and innovative acts in contemporary music.
